Cancellation Policy
Please inform us of all cancellations immediately. The following conditions will apply (note: conditions are based on hotel/resort's existing policies and are subject to change without prior notice).
Regular Season (June, July, August, September and October)
Cancellations received not less than 21 working days (excluding Sat, Sun and public holidays) prior to check-in date will be entitled to a full refund.
Cancellations received within 8-20 working days (excluding Sat, Sun and public holidays) prior to check-in date are subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to a (1) one-night stay (per person).
If notification of cancellation is received less than 2 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date. :
A credit card processing fee of 5.5% PLUS one night room rate will be charged.
Peak Season (November - May and legal holidays)
If notification of cancellation is received 31 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) or more prior to check-in date. Full Refund will be given.
If notification of cancellation is received 20 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date. : A credit card processing fee of 5.5% will be charged.
If notification of cancellation is received 15 working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) prior to check-in date.
A credit card processing fee of 5.5% PLUS 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
Less than 15 days notification is non-refundable.
